    Not as familiar with these, how do they compare to the Saratogas specs wise?

    Hey, good question!

    I haven't played the Saratoga but I just looked up the specs. The Grendel has upgraded woods, figured top and Wenge fretboard, and Bartolini active setup. It's super light, too. The spec sheet for the Saratoga says it's should be 9lbs, this Grendel is 7lb 6oz.

    4th gen--moved to Korea another Saratoga
    5th gen--heirs
    6th gen--still Korean fancier woods tops
    7th gen--same models China
    8th gen--20/21 fret sAratoga/p copies Chinese
    This is not prob exact but close to his overseas models

    Hey All, I'm an idiot!

    I was going off specs I found online, not by actually measuring the bass. I measured today and it's 17.5in from nut-12th fret. So it is actually a 35 in scale!
