    After hearing this I'm jazzed enough to fight a bear!

    Personal high points in an epic song;
    Karen Briggs is inspirational in her playing.
    The lovely Vann Johnson ( sadly she passed in 2017 due to cancer ) gives vocals that are soaring
    The french horns own me.

    Thanks for the Peter Gabriel mention, that reminds me:

    And reminds me of another for my mournful thread - the version of "Here Comes The Flood" he did on Robert Fripp's album "Exposure"...

    I’ve got all his concerts on DVD. Growing Up Live, Secret World Live, Back to Front, etc. I find it fascinating how that song (among others) has evolved over the years. I’d be hard pressed to pick a favorite version.

    About all I can really say about Peter Gabriel is he’s been one of the most consistently enjoyable and impressive musicians and songwriters I’ve ever had the pleasure of listening to - and seeing perform on stage.

    No arguments here. Secret World Live is a stranded on a desert island effort for me.

    Just strikes me again, what a master songwriter Peter Gabriel is.

    OK, so this may seem strange, but it's the most uplifting song I ever heard about a guy getting beaten to death:

    A million percent yes.

    This version gives me chills. The end... well it speaks for itself.
