Last weekend I hit up the old Grand Trunk Railroad building (insipired the name of the band Grand Funk Railroad). Going here was kind of unplanned, we were just driving by and thought it looked interestring. Bad neighborhood, but don't worry, I carry a plastic wiffle ball bat with me for protection now. Most of these pictures didn't turn out that good. I think I had an "off" day. Nicly cut by scrappers, this is how they get in to plunder the goods left over. Excellent Triangle slice. Another easy way in. And they wonder why arson is rampid in this city..... This broken shard of glass looks like a Pirhana. Nice healthy peeling lead paint. yummy. The top half was a meat storage facility. It smelled like rotten meat the whole top half. I don't remmeber where this was, but I want to climb it next time. For those from Detroit, that's the giant incinerator you see off I-94 The office delicious bird poopy Blood. Makes you feel safe..... To the rooftop Skyline of Hell telephoto shot of the Packard Plant which I visited last time. Thants all she wrote. Thanks for looking.
