Used pedals

I only buy used. I find most folks keep decent care of pedals, and I can get em at a huge discount used.

 

Pedals I almost always buy used. If you don’t like it then you can flip it and almost always cut even.

 

I rarely ever buy anything music related new. In fact, my entire pedalboard is filled with second hand pedals except my tuner.

 

I only buy new pedals when I can’t find one used, or I find an incredible deal on a new one.

 

For something that is barely used, that is a decent deal. If you like it, then it's even better! Nothing wrong with buying used especially if it was taken care of. All of my pedals are brand new, but I took advantage of a few sales and scratch & dent items when I could.

 

I try to buy used when I can, it is a way to save money and spread my meager funds further.

 

I strongly believe that buying new pedal is bad

 

I'm in the used camp unless it's something new and special you must have, or you just prefer to support the smaller builder.

I haven't gotten a lemon yet after picking up dozens of used ones mostly right here on TB. They are made to be stomped on, so as long as they weren't purposely run over by a car they generally should be just fine.

 

745kr for a used MXR BOD is a pretty good deal.
