Hello, folks. I have an Idea and I need someone to point out the flaw in my plan, if there's one. I my current "rig" is a Hartke Kickback 10. I love the tightness of the sound, but I sort of wish I had better lows. I decided that I should get some sort of Head/Cab rig, but then a question came to mind: What if I get a second combo, with a 15" speaker, and use it in conjunction with the Hartke? I'm sure an a/b box would allow me to split the signal, otherwise, I could have one made. That way, I'd have a beefier sound live and the option to take a single combo to rehearsals. Also, I'd be able to set up the combos a few feet apart from one another and at an angle, so I'd be covering a greater area, not to mention the possibility of quasi-stereo sound. I'm sure that if this were a great Idea, it would be done all the time. That's why I'd like some opinions from people with more knowledge than myself. Any takers? Will C.
