Using my head with a poweramp...

    I've got a Hartke 3500, and I'm wanting to expand my rig...once I get my new 4x10, I wanna know...In order to use a poweramp, and still have a preamp(being broke, I only am able to buy gear peice by peice)would the FX send from my hartke put out a hot enough signal?The only electronics wiz I know is out of town..I'd like to keep my DI free, in case it needs to be used...so, is it possible to drive a power amp to it's full potential using my head, until I'm able to get a preamp?

    If the FX loop is serial (I think it is), you can use it as a line out.
