Vacuum gluing?

    Ok, so Ive seen a few builders recently gluing caps with a vacuum bag. I dont know if this is a new idea or if Im simply seeing it more now but Im very interested in trying something like this. Here is an example of what Im talking about

    It shows it around the 30 second mark.
    I believe Ive also seen strandbergs production model getting glued this way. Do any of you know any more about this? Would the vacuum bags that you would get to shrink down your clothes for storage have the durability to do this? Or do any of you know where you get get materials to try this method? Or have thoughts in general?
