The funniest thing about this bass is... Though it's sold a bunch of times, all of the owners have praised the bass and its tones, and people like me will always drool over it........:bawl:

  4. Next time it comes up for sale, we should bring it to Florida. Maybe go in halves on it with visitation rights :D

Seriously... Valenti uses Warmoth or USACG parts to built his basses?

Try to understand though. He doesn't just slap the parts together and put his name on it. He knows what he's doing and sets it up very professionally. Should I remind you Sadowsky uses their own supplier just the same? A lot of the bass is in the setup, fit and finish and love and care putting it together.

    +1!

However, to be accurate, Sadowsky does NOT do things "just the same." They dive much much deeper into the construction.

I am still interested in this bass, but please don't hold it for me. I can't commit right this moment as I'm still working the money thing over with my wife. I was just making an offer. I'm sorry if I sounded committed to this deal, but currently I can't make that commitment. If you can sell it to somebody else before I can commit, do it. I will try to let you know as soon as possible if I can take it, but PLEASE don't hold it for me if you have somebody else that can buy it.

OK, fine, and they deserve the extra thousands it costs to buy them new.

But I know I was spot on about the love and care Nino puts into his instruments. I've never seen or heard of a construction error or problem from a Valenti.

Again, I apologize. I didn't mean to sound committal. I was just making an offer, and mulling it over. You all know as well as I that this bass will sell very soon. I apologize if I was misleading.
