ventures mosrite style basses

  2. Well, according to the specs, the 75 is alder and the 55 is agathis. Alder is, IMO, a LOT better tonewise than agathis. Sometimes I think plywood is too.....

    Whats the original Mosrite brand/model? ie: the one thats not a copy/rip off?

    ugh my gretsch is plywood, with mini-humbucker, until i replaced it with a stingray humbucker
     
  5. ..... a Gretsch with a MM humbucker? I can see the look on people's faces as the classic looking bass unleashes the MM sound...
