Vertically stacked 2x8 cabs?

    Has anyone played through two of those 2x8 cabs like TC or Trace Elliot make? I have this idea that two of them stacked vertically might be cool, but I wanted to see if anyone had any experience with them good or bad.

    It could be an ideal set up for me to have the single 2x8 at home for practice and then stack the additional one for small gigs.

    I have no experience with 2x8s, but I used to vertically stack two 2x10s and it was great. Went back to GK and the cx115, which is awesome. Think I’m going to pick up another one soon and then experiment with them vertical too.

    Tom Bowlus sp? had only good things to say about a pair of Elf 2x8 vertical, with the Elf head slightly short of power but the Quilter 800 fixed that.
