The great bass purge continues. Here's a unique singlecut 5 string from VF Guitarworks, now D'Alessandro Guitars out of Italy. It's 35" scale, totally handmade, 17 mm spacing that is adjustable at the bridge for a bit more, mahogany body, buckeye burl top. I think the pickups were handmade by the company. The controls are vol, blend, bass, treble, and a stacked mid level/frequency with an active passive switch. I'd say the tone is somewhat similar to a Warwick thumb. Hipshot and ABM hardware. It also has a Neutrik locking jack. I have a spare roller bridge for it. Weighs right around 10 lbs. it's in great condition although there is a hairline crack in the top by one of the knobs that I've pictured. It's been there for the life of the bass. The nut was shimmed a little and hasn't been glued down at this point. Buyer pays actual shipping. Only trade is a Modulus FU.
