Vintage brass Fender bridge ("boat anchor") for sale

    I once had impure thoughts. Oh, and I pluck my ear hair.
    This is the somewhat hard to find Fender brass "boat anchor" bridge that is from, I believe, the 70s and was made by Kahler for Fender. Heavy as hell, but you get a nice sustain as a result.

    As you can see from the pic, it has some tarnish, but that's to be expected from an old brass bridge. Other than the tarnish, it's in great condition. Drops into a standard Fender 5-hole, but includes two additional screw holes that need to be accounted for.

    I actually replaced a Badass with this on a jazz, but lost interest in the bass itself and moved on to another project.

    So what say $40.00 +shipping?
