vintage J or fender J?

Discussion in 'Basses [BG]' started by FunkinSlick, Apr 7, 2002.

  1. I've always been interested in picking up some sorta of fender jazz bass, preferrably american, but i've also been interested in modulus basses cuz i like the graphite neck. So i thought vintage J. But the question is, which is better? Should i go for the better priced original or jump to the big bux on the vintage J?

You could have the best of both words. You could buy and MIA jazz and if your not completely satisfied with the wooden neck you could go with a Status or Moses replacement graphite neck. I think that would, in the end still be cheaper.
