Is there a good way to have one volume, one pan, and
one tone pot on a jazz bass, instead of vol, vol, tone?

Will this has any on the out put of the bass? I've been
told that if you use a blend on a passive bass, the output
decreases (or something happens) when you have both
    pickups on.

  3. Depends on the specific blend pot you use. For example with the ones Stewmac sells both pickups are at full output in the central position (exactly the same as having a vol/vol/tone config with both vols. on 10) but there are some blend pots where this is not the case and yes there is some attenuation.

I'm not sure who Stewmac is, but I'll find out. Thanks for
    the useful info.
