I've just taken delivery of an October 1980 lefty.

It's an early Pro/Custom crossover model with a Mahogany core and a Niangon facia.

I played this one from The Low End at the summer Ohio guitar show. It ended up in the hands of a TB'er named The Hammer.

I'd like to add a new kid to my family one day, as soon as I can find someone willing to trade a fretted MKII 4 for a fretless MKII 4. I kinda suck at fretless. Then again, I guess I could get a luthier to build a fretted neck for it...my fretless' tops sure are purdy!!!

From my understanding the preamps for the fretless and fretted are tweaked a little different.
