Walter Woods repair ??

Last night while checking out a few of my speaker cabs I did an A/B with the WW Ultra and my Eden WT 550.
I noticed that the WW Ultra did not sound right.
I heard a fluttering sound from all cabs when using the Woods head while the Eden was clear and w/o problem.
I also experienced a very hollow sound from the Woods head when testing the cabs . no bottom end and there was some very strange feedback when connected to my CWA cab.


The Eden checked out fine and all the cabs where OK.
I think I might need to send it in to Walter for a servicing.
I will do another test over the weekend but has anybody experienced this or anything similar with the Ultra?

Any body have his contact info...I would like to call him today from work and dont have the contact info with me.
