    Wankery... at its finest.

He could join my band. Yes. Problem is, NO drummer could pull that stuff off.

His christmas melody is pretty metal.

  2. Note to everyone... Don't look at his friends. ;)

I was considering the ways that 'Nursing School' ad landed on his website.

Nicely played stuff, and it is fun to listen to.

What comes in at 0:30 in Ginsu Frenzy is pretty cool.

Dude. I love Sleep Terror. I've been listening to them for a few months. Their guitarist can definitely play his ass off. His sweeps are crazy.

  8. *** does the drummer have in his bass drum(S)????

An octuple bass drum pedal? Dang...

They sure can play, but it's WAY excessive IMHO.

Listen to Cryptopsy if you want crazy drumming.

  10. I just found out about Sleep Terror, and I have to say that they are definately on the right track.

Everyone has A.D.D. nowadays, and where an 8 minute "Stairway to Heaven" was okay 30 years ago, a 3 minute pop song is too long today. Metal can only get more extreme and intense by going that route.

I know I'm not 100% right, but I can definately see where Sleep Terror's approach was just the "next logical step".
