You sure did improvise a bit!

I never realised until you showed this that the neck goes clear down to the pickup. Talk about range. I bet you can get from A to G and continue on to freakin' Z! :p

Hey, I also noticed, on Conklin's updated site in the Press section, that your double-neck won a 1st place Harmony Central Golden Axe Award.

John, any more strings and fretboard length, and you will have the range of a grand piano!

    I like it...

    hey John,
are the cats trained to play your basses?
for some reason they seem very intrested in it, they appear hanging around them, as if waiting for you to leave the room so they can start jam.

oh yeah, I'm seeing it: " The John Turner's Traveling Bass Playing Cats Circus".

It's a cat? I thought his hair fell off. Talking of which, how's the tribble special Gabu?

Please note that lashing out at dodgy haircuts is fuelled by jealousy due to the fact that I do not have enough hair to cut. Must go, I am due for a polish.

I'm fairly certain that John has a grand piano beat by at least an octave. But, don't quote me on that.
