what combo amp from 100-200 wats and from 3-500 dollars would give me a really good warm sound. I am not into this punchy crap, infact i hate it thats also why I am getting a jazz bass lil warmer. Also ill have flatwounds or nylon strings ....

I'll echo CB's recommendation. The B-100R is exactly what you're describing. One of the best buys on the market.

I can't argue with that. It's not what I'm looking for, but it may be what you're looking for.

ugh i strongly disagree with the TKO recommendation. maybe they've gotten better since the days of mine, but i can't get ANY good tone out of it. it DOES have the sheffield speaker though, maybe ones with the black widow would sound better. and it's really weak too.

i bought my old 1976 Ampeg B-15S for 450 bucks. if you want a warm sound, that is THE tone.
