I was wondering about the warmoth basses other than the fact that it can get heavy, i think it would be a good deal because people say they have good necks, and altogether a 5 string bass would cost about $750 for all the parts and thats w/out finishing. I would do the finishing on it but i could do that by myself and while im posting this which do you think would be better a corvette special edition(you know the rockbass series)or the warmoth(this would be w/ good woods and hardware?

  3. I played both before I bought my Warmoth custom gecko.

    I love the Gecko.

The rockbass was just kind of OK.

    No comparison get the warmoth
