    Sounds great !!!
I really like the low mids focus in the fingerstyle clip. Seems to be the bass sound is quite versatile.

Sounds really good. Not digg'n the gold hardware though :(. But, nice bass, how do you like the status neck? Is it like a "full c" shape? If you've ever played a fender jazz- how does the neck compare. I've been looking for a "thinner" neck for my jazz bass, because my hands are way to small to rock the Full C that warmoth's have.

The neck is fairly similar in profile to a regular Fender Jazz neck, pretty narrow at the nut and slim front to back. Like a "flat C" rather than a "full C", if that helps. When you say a thinner neck for your jazz, you mean thinner than the Warmoth neck right? Can't comment as I haven't played one of these.

All my J type basses (one MIM Fender, two Status neck J's - this fretted one and a fretless) have similar shaped necks, quite a bit slimmer than, say, a P, a Stingray or my newish Ric 4003.

Thanks that helps, when i say thinner for my jazz I'm talking about the warmoth. The neck is a full C. Basically the slimmer the neck, the happier I am for some reason. Can you compare the status to your MIM fender neck?

Yeah, sure - if you check my last post, I did say the Status and the Fender J necks were pretty similar in profile.
