    Maybe if he'd have built more basses before now, he might have figured out that broken truss rods should be easily replaceable sometime before now.

    Damn this dude was ahesd with his quality and design 20 years ago. Now, even if he was all caught up, there is simply better.

    Darrin was inspired by Carl Thompson, so now I'm wondering whether CT basses have replaceable truss rods.

    Meet the new boss.... same as the old boss, but with a CNC machine. Still waiting to see whether the robot will make a difference.

  14. Are your tools this clean if they were used on "Today's work"? ;)

    Never seen a file that clean once it leaves the box.

    I'm due for heart surgery soon.

    I doubt if the surgeons tools will be more hygienic than the ones in that photo.

    Unfortunately I won't be able to confirm due to general anesthetic!
