Got this in a trade and has been really fun to play on. Preamp sounds great, nice warm/deep sound and can get the Jaco burpy tone as well. The action is very low, nice, even throughout the fretboard. No buzzes. Tone is on the warm side and not brittle. B string sits evenly with the other strings and doesn't hit you over the head in relation to other four. The lightweight is VERY handy and it is comfortable to play. I'm more of a modern bass guy (which is why I'm selling/trading) but I've held off as this has been the most fun jazz bass I've played on. It does have a ding at the bottom but has been repaired. It comes with a hardshell case to protect it during shipping but it is a bit beat up (will serve its purpose though) and new straplocks. Paypal okay and we can split shipping. U.S. only please. Would like to sell but certainly open to some specific trades. I have the same axe with a killer custom finish which I paid 2200.00 for. It is a very nice axe with many great sounds depending how you play it. Mine has a glock pre but I prefer passive mode on this one. I think there are a lot more great sounds than the video shows. It’s gonna go to a very happy buyer. Good luck.
I agree, it can handle a variety of tones very well. I've been reluctant to put it up on the boards. I may hold onto it, kind of on the fence.
I recommend holding onto it and discovering more sounds. It seems like most of the Warriors are very sensitive to the feel of the player.
