i want to buy a warwick corvette 5 string. i want
the standard bubinga body, bolt on neck, active pickups
( not too worried about that though because i plan on replacing the electrics anyways) chrome or black hardware, (gold is no no with me) no fancy finish or paint either.
i want the sound without paying for the sparkles.
how much should i expect to pay for a corvette 5 with just the basic outfit? i played a 4 string (passive i think)that was marked at $780.i would have bought it but a 5 string is pretty much mandatory equipment for me.
    any advice is greatly appreciated.

I would spend the extra cash and get the corvette pro-line!

honestly i dont want the pro line package.i like the sound of the plain bubinga body. i would like the upper level pick ups but i dont see the point in paying for gold hardware and a fancy finish if thats really not an issue with me. i did check the warwick site but i dont really know how to derive a selling price from the provided list prices. thanx for the help though.
