Warwick Does It Again

  1. I lost the truss rod cover for my Warwick Pro M.

    'Caused me to start stressing hard.

    I thought I was doomed, considering that the Pro M
    model was discontinued in Y2K.

    Perhaps since Warwick hasn't made the instrument in the past three years, maybe a generic 'Warwick' in gold letter's would have to do instead of the 'Streamer Pro M' script.

    Figured I'd give it a shot by e-mailing Warwick about my dilemma and seeing if I could buy another truss rod cover.

    Good to hear from you again! We have not made the Pro M for quite some time
    now, so we may not have any of those covers. I will forward your email to our Tech and see if he has an old one. Stay tuned!

    Within 27 minutes of opening for business, I got a response. Less then 4 hours later, problem solved.
    Didn't even have to make a long distance phone call.

    Their Customer Service was so prompt and well handled that I was left in a state of shock.

    I'm so accustomed to getting to run around with everyone I do business with that my brain isn't wired to expect smooth transactions.
  2. I was sooo ready to yell at somebody and raise some hell.

    Now I've got all this pent up energy...

    Guess I have to kick my dog and get it all out. :D

    i emailed them about a stripped straplock receptacle, and their response was, within 10 minutes: 'give us your address and we'll send you a pair'
