Recently had a few problems with my Warwick and was getting disgusted. Someone here (sorry, forgot who) recommended I speak with Dale Titus, whom I had spoken to once before regarding employment, and he restored my faith in the company and in customer service people. He was freindly, apologetic about my problems, and sent me the parts I needed without charge. That wasn't my experience a month earlier when I dealt with someone else there. They weren't discurteous or anything, but I had to pay more than I thought I should have to repair something on the bass I felt was their responsibility. Just wanted to give thanks to Talkbass, Warwick, and the person who suggested I call Dale.
