i am saddened that they are releasing the vampyre as a real warwick, but it will probably be priced so high that hardly anyone will buy one, which makes me happy.

I was checking that out earlier, but I don't know about the 5 string version. To me, the Buzzard should always have that dual P config, not a JJ config. And why'd they go bolt-on? I'd consider that kinda like the Infinity and the Dolphin, so why not do a Set-neck like those two? Regardless, I'd prefer the neck through 4 string in natural finish. :D
  3. I tried out one of the new Buzzards today-
    very thick but narrow neck.
great playability- and I was surprised that it balances quite well on a strap- must be the 2+2 headstock instead of the original Buzzard beak 4-in-line style, combined with the size of the body.

middly tone- but a P bass tone can't be obtained as the neck P p/up is closer to the bridge than on a P bass.
