Now hold on, I know these are 2 different animals. I have a G&L L2000 that I love. However, due to the holidays I am in the giving mood (to myself) and was thinking of another bass to cure my GAS. What I was wondering was what's the opinion as the better bass to accompany the L2000? I hope to gig one of these days and I would like to have a bass for every occassion. I guess the better question would be, does a L2000 do a better job for a rock guitar and get a Jazz, or will a L2000 do a better Jazz imitation and get a Warwick for the hard stuff. Thanks to all!

  2. I don't know which warwick you're talking about but use whatever guitar for whatever situation you want. Both get good sounds and are very versatile (except thumb IMO). Warwick will provide a more drastic change in tone than the Fender from the G&L.

Sorry about that. I was looking at the Corvette Standard. Just not sure which one would be a better addition. I am really torn on this one. Fender Jazz says "bass" all over it. Warwick says "growl" all over it.
