Warwick pups in a fender?

    I was considering MEC pups and pre in my fender. Has anyone put any variation of these (p, P/J, J/J) in their fender?

    I was in love with my old Streamer P/J tone and am considering this idea.

    good combo, i dont have a fender so not sure about the fit and finish but, i'd be
    interested to see/hear how it turns out. the mec pre kicks ass imo. gl

    thinking about in my RW Jazz that is converted to P/J if It doesn't sell or trade.

    I need one of my basses or a different bass with a more modern girthy hefty tone without the vintage vibe. Love that vibe but a new side project mandates a non vintage sound.
