warwick rockbass

    I have one, it's a 5 string.

    Sounds good to me. Much easier to play now that I lowered the action and set the intonation.

    I have had one persistant, pain in the ass problem though.
    The jack tends to get loose and the leads break off the jack.
    Of course, this always happens mid song and then I have to switch axes.

    I have had to open the thing up and solder the leads back on twice in 9 months. The last time (last weekend), I made sure the jack nut was very tight. So far, no problems.
    If it gets loose again, I will put a lock washer on it and some Locktite.

    Otherwise, it is a great axe for the money.
