I’m going to regret this but in all honesty, I just don’t play her so I’m putting her up for sale. I’ve owned literally hundreds of Warwick’s and this bass is the best one as far as looks, build quality and sound. This balances way better than the Thumb 5’s as the body is larger and holds the neck up much better. The neck on these years is a very thin “D” shape and is very comfy. The Bubinga sapwood wings and neck on her are insane, so gorgeous. I’ve never seen a sharper looking golden era, hand built Thumb. Everything on it is 100% as it should be, the body has essentially zero wear, only the hardware shows some signs of use. No dents, dings, gouges or scrapes....she’s super super clean as you can see. I sincerely doubt you could find one of these in this condition, I truly doubt it. Bass hardware and electronics are original. Strings are brand new DR Hi Beams 125-35. She sings and sounds as good as she looks, it’s truly the pinnacle of Warwick’s most uniquely shaped and sounding bass. Truss rod functions as it should and action is low, neck nearly straight with just the touch of needed relief. I took photos in two different lighting environments so you could really get an idea of how figured this bass is. No trades please. Just a heads up, I will not entertain any low offers, I will decline them, this isn’t your run of the mill T6. I’m ok with keeping it if need be, I’m not forced to sell her. Standard Warwick spacing, non broadneck for all the string spacing people. Thanks all!!
