A buddy of mine kept on talking about cartoons the other night. He started acting out this one character called "Killer".... a big buzzard that was goofy and couldn't fly as fast as the other buzzards.... :D I know, I know....but I really want to see it, again...I know I have seen it before, a long time ago, but I don't know where I would find it.

To my understanding, I was probably on Looney Toons....Does anyone have a Looney Toons on DVD and happen to have this? Does anyone know if it's something other than Looney Toons?

Does anyone even know what i'm talking about? :D :D

BTW, don't you miss old cartoons?

I used to love watching all those.

Even better were the short cartoons. Speedy Gonzales, Magilla gorilla, quick draw McGraw(not Dr phil).

I used to love those man....why are they not on anymore???

didn't he sing the tune i mentioned above ??
    " i'm bringing home a baby bumble bee ..."

he was the kinda goofy , not quite with it , runt-of-the-litter type .

i remember his mother saved him from bugs bunny in one episode ,
when he thought he had died in the desert .
and i also remember his mom calling him " Killer "..
...she pronounced it as " KEY - LER " ...

Yes it was the episode where the little buzzard was trapped in the sand, with some skeletal carcasss around him. Only his head was sticking out, and the skeleton was where his body should be. The little buzzard thought he was dead, and he called for his Mom. mama buzzard came to her little boys aid. She has a strong Jewish accent, and berated Bugs until he got the little buzzard out of the sand. Then she kissed her boy, and then kissed Bugs saying "You, you are my hero!"

One of the funniest episodes. The little buzzard Killer would blush and go "har, har, har" and other dumb stuff like that. Not a smart bird.

    Yep..I remember the buzzard!

There were two truly great episodes of Bugs Bunny that I remember. The first is pretty regarded as the classic
"What Opera Doc" where Bugs is the Brunhilda and Elmer Fudd is the Viking. I still chuckle to this day thinking of
"oh bwunhilda...your so wovewy" "Yes I know it, I can't help it"

    and

"Oh mighty warrior of great fighting stock.....may I inquire to ask....WHATS UP DOC!?!?!"

My other favorite is the one and only episode starring Pete Puma.
"I'm the little fellers mother...and I've been so WOOOOOOORRRRIIIEDDDDD about him.....EEEEEEEERRRRRRRGGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH"

I have the first two volumes, they're excellent!! I'm picking up the third volume when it's released next month. Highly recommended for anyone who grew up on Looney Tunes. :)

I wonder what working at that place would have been like,
my office is crazy but that place was probably insane,
    especially the story ideas.
