I've tried the Schecter Elites, Customs, and Studio and I think they're great (especially the Studio--wow, what a neck!--butter!). I've tried some recent Washburn’s but I must confess, I don't recall the models. I only know they were in the $400 to $700 range. In fact, on that same day, I A/B tested it with a Stiletto Studio and hands down, the Schecter smoked the Washburn. Even the low end Stiletto Deluxe is pretty darn good especially for the cash. I do like the flamey, pretty Elites but I’m partial to the silky feel of the satin finished Customs and Studio models. Either way ya go, the Schecter Stilettos rock.
