Washburn Xb600

Heyg uys !
Just a quick question for you:

What is the scale length for a washburn xb600? my friend has a zakk wylde high e string strung on his (he tunes it EADGCF) and he says the e string wont fit on anything else except some yamaha bass and this one. When I played the bass it seemed pretty normal to me:S

Also do you find that the neck on one of those is thicker then one of say, a ibanez SR506?
