I am about to build a new rig and I was wondering about how wattage from a head to speaker affects it. I was looking into the Acoustic B600H (http://www.guitarcenter.com/Acoustic-B600H-600W-Bass-Amp-Head-105016349-i1435232.gc) 600 W head and combining it with a Acoustic B410 (http://www.guitarcenter.com/Acoustic-B410-400W-4x10-Bass-Cabinet-104813845-i1400061.gc) 4 X 10 Speaker with a 400 W power handle. Will it be fine as long as I don't turn the head all the way up and overpower the speaker?

Yes, just use your ears. If it starts to get crackly or distorted, turn down.
