ways of making my washburn better

Discussion in 'Basses [BG]' started by SheepHerder7898, Jul 16, 2002.

  1. Hello, I've been playing bass for a little over 6 months and would like to do more with my current bass. It's a Washburn XB100 and I do enjoy it's sound but trying to record with it or try other sounds without use of a pedal is useless. The pick-ups have got to go. I play around computers and live near power towers (ones in the back yard!) and I can take the buzzing no more! Any advice would be wonderful and I thank you in advance for taking the time to help. Oh, I run my bass through a Fender Bassman 25 just to let you know. (trying to give you all the details). If any other info is needed, ASK! :D
