Artists from nineteen countries are represented in theatre, dance, music, opera, books events and outdoor spectaculars.

    Explore and enjoy . . . .

Nothing special ....but we will be making lots of money our of this ...hopefully!! ;)

The only thing that has tempted me recently was the fact that Lakland Skyline basses have appeared over here and they look pretty good from the test in the latest (UK) Bass Guitar magazine, which popped through my letter box yesterday!!

    Ahh.

You've still got the sponsorship deal with TabCrawler, though, right?

Well... this band being quiet large - 13-piece - has written arrangements - still haven't seen any trombone or trumpet Tab yet!! ;)

    Hah! Imagine trumpet tab.

So, for example, when it says first valve, the note could be any of the following:

    Bb (below middle C) F Bb D F Bb D ...

    It'd be a bit of a lottery! :D

C'mon, the smarter tab people would understand. Tab isn't really aimed at songs you've never heard.

I'm moving to London before May (hopefully), so I'll try to come check you out. I wonder if English bass playing is significantly different than American?

  10. It is. Totally different accents.

If I wasn't stuck up here with more than enough to do in May (end-end-of-term time, plus enough gigs I've already got tickets to) I would sooooo come down to check you's out.

Other end of the country? Pah!

  14. That's you, isn't it?

I'm already seeing Cave In on the 10th.

I'm very suprised our Scottish freinds haven't pointed out why it's "England's Biggest Festival" and not Britain's? :D

  18. Errrrrrrrrrr..... do we have something that big?

There's the Edinburgh festival, but that's really lots of littler ones that happen at the same time....

That's the one and that's what the Brighton Festival is like - with a "Fringe", as I mentioned.

So - it is like the first excuse of the year for everybody to get out and spend more time out doors - free street theatre, exhibitions ,strange sculptures, firework displays, parades etc etc ..

  20. fireworks, yay! :)

You can give your drummer a little surprise is he goes out of time or drinks!
