Weird Guild Bass

  1. I took home a bass from school which was used before our now current bass a MIM J- Bass. It's a Guild and it's the shape of a Gibson SG. I have no idea what this bass is or when it was made. If it helps it has wooden saddles and it's neck appears to be glued on. Any info is welcome. Sorry no pics. Just picture this a brown SG with acorns and leaves carved in it. I'm, not kidding its fugly.
     
  2. It sounds like a Jetstar. They were very similar to the Gibson EB3.

  4. That is the exact bass I have except mine has the carvings. Since it was a school bass and alot of people used it, it's REALLY beat up, I don't think theres a smooth spot on it. Also it's missing a knob and the nut popped out. If you can fix it up then I will ask the school if I can sell it.
