    Hey Guys!

I have a little problem with powering an Aguilar Tone Hammer. This Pedal requires 18V Input, where the two other Pedals on the Board (PT Nano) are a TC Polytune and a MXR Bass Octave Deluxe, both with 9V inputs. I'd like to use a daisy chain and a one spot power supply.

Now, there are multiple ways to solve this problem:

    1. Using the TH with batteries. Not really an option...

    2. A seperate 18V wallwart for the TH (meh..)

    3. A voltage doubler like this http://www.godlyke.com/power-all/godlyke-power-all-accessories/iso-pump-voltage-converter
    Clean but there's a 30€ price tag...

then i found one of those http://www.thomann.de/de/t_rex_dc_voltage_doubler_50cm.htm cables and i wondered if i could power the TH with just this cable and the daisy chain. I know that there are two isolated outputs needed to get 18V this way. Now the question is: if i use one plug of the daisy chain PLUS the power out of the Tuner, would those be two isolated 9V outlets and result in the desired 18V?

I might just get the godlyke adapter anyways, but i was curious if that would work.

    Thanks in advance!

I use the Iso-Pump and it works fine. You could also power the Tone Hammer with Phantom Power from the board if that's available.

The power out on the tuner is daisy-chained just like the 1spot, there is no isolation.

Thank's, that's what i assumed. Well, seems like the adapter would be the best choice.
