Went to guitar expo got a !!!!!

    ELRICK!!!!

    this bass smokes.. i cried when i played it.. best felling sounding bass i've ever played.. bartolini jazz pickups.. ash body 5 string 35' scale pau ferro.. i mean bubinga fretboard.. i love it. I just got home. i'll post pics soon.. but now i need to go play it...

    oh and I traded my stingray for it :(.. oh well :D

  2. Dude. SWEET. I don't like Elrick necks, but they are genuinely beautiful basses in both tone and appearance.

    Mine has an ash body... very very light weight.. still it has more sustain than my ray did... I got my elrick from bob at bass palace... he gave me a helluva deal on it.. i couldn't be happier.. unless i hate two of them :)

    I love those things! Elricks are the nicest bass I've come across yet. That's why I'm saving my $$$:D
