Well I have to say that status basses are the most beautiful, and greatest sounding basses, I've ever tryed. The tone and feel of this great bass is why I purchased it (I was amazed). Mark King at NAMM prefered this bass over his Alembic! So I'm pretty happy with it :) Me love it :)

    BAssMan2000,
Nice grab. Did you buy that used? Who stocks status basses around the US, and to all of you Brits out there, are status basses readily available in England? (I have a short tour to the UK & France coming up)

Nice. I played a couple of Status basses about 10 yrs ago when there was a Bass Center in LA and they were great instruments. Nice punch and clarity like I haven't heard since.

    thanks sicplayer,

The pickups are status custom hyperactive ones(best pickups I heard nexted to sadowsky of course). The neck is 34' and the neck feels awesome thats all I can say really.

  14. Just FYI, Mark King would endorse a Rogue over a Lakland if you gave him enough $$$...:D

But Status basses do rule..played a 6 string a while ago, only £600...nice:)

  18. If you go in the pit, don't wear any jewellery, and make sure any piercings are not grab-holdable. And try not to crowd surf - you'll get dropped. Other than that, have fun!
