Hello, Today was a crazy day at office but when I got home today I found two boxes waiting for me: a) My first Sadowsky I was exceptic about paid 2000 + for a bass, when i plugged in I was a little nervous, took me a while get my sound, specially because the specs that came with the bass seems to be old, it referred to the pre-amp push bottom being on the bass boost but the reality is that it is on the treble boost, something stupid but I think that Roger should update the specs , do not cost to much to do that. I do not have owned 1000's basses. couple of Fenders, a stingray, Lakland, Yamaha, and couple of frankein basses. Let me tell you, Sadowsky is the BASS, what a tone, very easy to find the tone I was looking for, finish is great, set up is just the way I like, not reason to spend 1000s in 4 or 5 basses when a Sadowsky can do the job and what a job The bad: cause me gas for another Sadowsky just to put a set of flatwounds, but this wont happen this year. b) I opened the other box just to find my GB suttle 6.0, I have not cabs to test it but I dont not care my aguilar DB112 will arrive tomorrow and another DB112NT should be here Monday. I am so happy and I just want to share with you a day in my life. Thanks Roger my wife looks so hot in her new Sadowsky tshirt
HI Very cool. I played your bass a bit ago when I visited the shop to go over a bass in production. You'll love your hybrid. Mine kills!!! Rob
Glad to see you are going to be playing a nice bass through the cab I sold you. You're going to have a KILLER stack going. I too have a sadowsky on its way to me, I can't wait .
Hey dude , thanks again for all your advice, I just cant wait to have to have my rig complete either.
"Thanks Roger my wife looks so hot in her new Sadowsky tshirt" you know the rules...without a pic it doesn't exist !!
I'm surprised that wasn't the first respone. It took just over an hour for this to come up? Somebody is slacking.
Congrats on the new bass! You must play it and play it and play it. The P/J thing is spreading, thanks to Roger Sadowsky's brilliant metros...great basses, IMHO. Enjoy it and make lots of music!
