    I am soooo happy :D

Living in Sweden on a not to hot bassmarket. I saw my chance to by a decent fretless bass on my trip to Phoenix AZ. And after some research i made the deal of my life (Basswise that is). Through Fenderforum.com a saw that there were a guy posting a link to www.bassplace.com. They sold MIA J-bass Dlx frettless for 895$ and it was almost just around the corner from my hotel.

I mean they cost around 2100$ i Sweden. If you are lucky to find one that is. Now i could choose between Black, White blond and Sunburst.

    I choose the Sunburst!

Got a really nice case to it.
The only flaw was that i couldn´t afford a simular P-bass to. ;)

But i will be back in May next year!!!

    I am soooo happy!

My digital camera broke down again. So i´ll post the picture from Basspalace Ebay auctions.

The Bassplace is a great shop. Dennis, Lee and Heather are very helpful and knowledgeable. Got luck with the Fender.

Yes! I really liked the store!

    Adding picture this time.
  4. The moral of this story might be: "don't buy American when in Sweden". ;)

    Grattis, and enjoy!

    Yes it´s a tortise pickguard!

It look´s exactly like the one on thr picture which come´s from their Ebay auction.

As i said my camera broke down i hour before i bought the bass. Tough luck!

And eh...yes the plastic is still on. Im still 5500 miles from home  I´ve played it om my hotelroom without an amp so i got nasty blisters on my fingers already.
    But the "mwah" is there

Yes! it´s a better deal buying in USA!
