  1. are these any good anyone using them...
  2. I had a Fender Bassman 100, mostly for practicing at home, never gigged with it. It had good tone etc. Havent ever tried the 400 watt model.

which bassman model are you talking about, they have several. Ive played thru both the 100 and 400 watt models. They both had great tone with eq set flat.
  4. I have a bxr 25 and a bassman 60, very happy with the quality and sound of both. im no expert but if your looking for warmer tone, they seem to fit the bill.

I own a BXR 15 & a BassMan 200. I like it lots. The line out on the back of it has come in handy a few times [@ some jazz fests thats how i've ran it]. I like it-however YMMV. The 200watts @ 4ohms works out nicely w/jazz band, marching band, & First Edition band-a decent power rating in relatively small/portable package. Thats all
  7. I have a Frontman 25 that I putter around the house with. It's a great little practice amp and goes loud enough to make my front windows protest.
