    Thoughts?

    It's got 540 watts RMS.
Sounds ok with my Ashdown MiBass 220, but maybe there's something better?

  2. Be sure to look at the power output (in RMS) for the impedance, the ohms, your cab is rated at. IMO 400 or 500 W RMS would go well with your cab. Be careful not to crank up the LF too much, like the bass knob.

Think I'll get better tone with an amp that can output closer to the 540 RMS of the cab or not necessarily? i.e. will higher wattage just buy me more volume?

    WT550 (eden). Perfect match

I would think that there are a lot of options for amps to pair with that cab. The 410T is a really efficient cab, and has that Eden low mid push - not as much as the XLT but it's a loud cab. Amp choice would probably come down to your tonal preference - more "tubey" tone, cleaner, etc.

Probably the WTX500 would be a great choice too, if you want a smaller, light weight, class D amp.

I've got a WTX264 that I use as my practice amp and small gig rig with an EX112 cab, and a WT550 that I love with my Epifani 310 cab for bigger gigs. Both rigs sound great! I have no doubt that any Eden head will pair very well with an Eden cab.
