What are the Controls on a Hofner Beatle Bass?

    What are the nobs and switches for on Hofner Beatle Bass? Looks like there's two nobs a few switches.

    Each knob is a volume control with the one towards the tail of the body controlling the bridge pick-up volume and the one towards the headstock controlling the neck pick-up volume.
    There are 3 switches. 2 of them turn the neck (bass) and treble (bridge) pick-ups on and off. The last switch is a solo/rhythm switch. This gives the guitar a bass or treble boost. If you like thump, put this switch in the rhythm position.
