What color is this jazz bass?

    Should be an early 2000's FSR (Fender Special Run) MIM 60's Jazz bass in BMM with matching headstock .. their have been a few of them pass through here ...

    Looks a little light for burgundy mist. My guess would be shoreline.

    If you're talking about the one on the bottom of the pic, it sure looks like Shoreline Gold to me.

    the color is deceiving on that rug with that light ... headstock is a little clearer ... I recognize the bass, Fender gold logo, long stem reverse machines, etc, and know that particular bass was offered in the BMM ... the covers hide the vintage bridge with threaded saddles ... I dont think (rather I dont remember) there was ever a Shorline Gold issued with matching headstock

  17. Concur. Found mine right here in the classifieds, I think the seller said it was a 2002 but I've never had the neck off to look for a date. Great jazz bass, btw.
