    I don't usually, but for these colors, I vote the gold hardware.

    As you should be. Chrome. Always chrome. That said, play the combo that YOU'RE happy with.

    Tough call between the chrome and black. Maybe make the string tree to black as well and see what it looks like?

    Hi Stella :)

    I love black hardware!!! And gold has a certain "noblesse"...

    But on a P bass? Chrome! All day!

    That said, your poll ain' t worth a thing, without a "carrots" option!!! :D

    I assembled this using hardware I found during a clean up of my secret laboratory. I think the black pickups work well with the black blocks of the fingerboard.
