    Stuck on a rock !
I've got a black jazz bass and I fancy 'making it my own' with a new pickguard. I'm not doing anything else such as fitting new pups etc so a quick and easily reversible customization is to swap the pickguard.

Which choice would you go for - and anyone got one of these from Warmoth ?

I voted for white perloid, but I would also consider a black perloid

i dont' like perloid that much, personally i'd go with a 3 ply black/white/black, but that's just me!
  4. Silver-Blue Shell or Black Pearloid
  5. Easy one. Tortoise Shell. Just goes great with black.

A vote for white pearl here.

FYI, I just picked up a white pearl Jazz pickguard off eBay a few weeks ago from a seller named "16tracks@texhoma.net" - it cost me $22 shopped, and is nice quality! However, I suspect you're a Brit, so this tidbit won't do you any good whatsoever.

Which brings up a pet peeve of mine: cutesy locations in profiles.
