What Comfort/Hybrid Bike Should I Get?

Discussion in 'Off Topic [BG]' started by DaveCustomMade, Jun 30, 2004.

  1. I'm wanting to get a new hybrid bike and I am considering the following makes/models:

    Trek Navagator 100
    Schwinn Voyager GS
    Bianchi Advantage
    Raleigh SC 30
    Jamis Citizen
    KHS Westwood

They're all roughly the same price, and roughly the same quality of components. Which one would you suggest? Oh, these are all 'bike shop' bikes.

    Any thoughts? Thanks!

  2. i vote the last one. u should have a poll too....

  6. Did as you said, but nothing about a pole when I edited my original post. :help:

They don't have Beach Cruisers in my city and I don't want to pay for shipping. :bag:

  7. Another bike to add to the list. Giant Cypress

    Giant Cypress
    Trek Navagator 100
    Schwinn Voyager GS
    Bianchi Advantage
    Raleigh SC 30
    Jamis Citizen
    KHS Westwood

What is your input on these? Thanks!

  9. I have an older model bianchi advantage (no front shocks), and it's great for biking around town. Bianchi makes good bikes. So does Trek. And Giant. And Specialized. I guess the last 3 are probably the most popular bike brands.
